Accutrol designed and installed a new system that provides heat to my house as well as hot water. They listened to my requirements and frankly fears, and designed a system that is a perfect fit for me. They also included some finishing touches to make my crawl space an easier space to work in. This new system is more efficient and will be much easier to service and maintain. I had confidence in their expertise and advice and they proved me right!

Everyone at Accutrol has been incredibly helpful and professional for our building. They’ve done a lot of work for our heat system and they really know what they are doing. We had a major boiler overhaul and their process was seamless and the result is exceptional. Accutrol has been the most upstanding company we've ever had to do work within our condo building. They installed a new boiler and indirect water heater for us in the fall of 2025. But it was many months in the making because city requirements & approval slowed things down significantly in the design process -- yet Accutrol stuck with us the whole time, providing updates all along the way. When it was finally time to install, they did their work efficiently and professionally... and incredibly neatly! I have never seen a work site kept so tidy and organized. I will admit that we have been rather needy clients, with a lot of questions about this large investment for our building. Every single person at Accutrol has been beyond helpful -- always willing to take the time to patiently educate us on our new equipment, which is far superior (and more complex) than what it replaced. Fred and Levi in particular have been so kind. They are both highly knowledgeable, and they take the time to answer all possible questions and concerns. We will be returning to Accutrol for all maintenance and any needs in the future for our condo building's heat system!

It was time to get a new boiler (and indirect water heater) for our 3-story, 8-unit condo building in central Denver. I did not take this decision lightly for our building, and I am so grateful for coming across Accutrol in my long search for hydronics companies. Levi (and his team, like Fred and others) were nothing short of exceptional throughout the entire process. Levi is so extremely knowledgeable about hydronics; his passion for his field is obvious even in just 15 minutes of talking with him! He completes his work with an obsessive attention to detail and care. I hired Accutrol to do a fair amount of work on for a basement finish. Specifically, I had them install my duct runs, tie in underground sewer, and rough plumbing. They have been extremely professional and communicative throughout the entire process. They are punctual, and follow up in a timely fashion. Their workmanship is outstanding, and I have had several other people who are in the trades comment on how tidy and professional their work has looked. I have recommended them to others and would absolutely work with them in the future.
